Iowa State has worn 4 different colors of jerseys over the last 10 years. You got cardinal, black, gold and white jerseys. Sure you can go way back to 2010 and say they wore pink with their white, but that was just a one time special breast cancer awareness game. So we are sticking with those 4 colors.
So, here's the question. You may have your favorite, but do you honestly think the Cyclones play better when in a certain color? Does the jersey color really matter or the players? That can be debated. I don't think it matters what colors they wear, but it's the players themselves that matter to the outcome of the game. But, if the Cyclones finally break through, and make it to the championship of the NCAA tournament. What color jersey should they wear to represent Iowa State? Personally, if the Cyclones can make it to the NCAA championship I don't care what they wear. I would just be happy they made it that far. But if I had to chose, I would go with the white jerseys.
