Goldfish Mac and Cheese: Do You Remember?

Pepperidge Farm introduced Goldfish Mac & Cheese in June 2013, initially launching as a Walmart exclusive. The product featured fish-shaped pasta in four flavors—Cheddar, Nacho Cheese, Cheesy Pizza, and Butter Parmesan—before being discontinued later in the 2010s.

My daughter is almost 17 and she has been in love with Goldfish since she was a child.  I would say she has been addicted for most of her life.  Her other addiction in life has always been mac and cheese.  Since a young child she has always wanted mac and cheese at home and even when we went out to eat.  Now what surprises me is my daughter was born in 2009, but in 2013 Goldfish came out with a mac and cheese product... and I never even noticed!

Here it is 2026 and I just now came across that the Goldfish Mac and Cheese was a thing.  It didn't seem to last very long, but still, this would of made me father of the year if I made this for my daughter. So this got me thinking what other boxes of mac and cheese have I missed? Is there anything crazy I need to have my kids try? Here are some that I found, that didn't seem like your ordinary types of mac and cheese:

  • Apple Pie Mac & Cheese: A limited-time release from Kraft combining creamy cheese with apple pie flavors.
  • Smokey BBQ: The smokiness adds a really nice touch and a lot of depth of flavor to the noodles.
  • Jalapeño: Both Kraft and Cheetos has a version of this. Jalapeño mac and cheese tastes like creamy, savory, and familiar comfort food elevated with a moderate to noticeable kick of heat and a fresh, bright pepper flavor. It is often described as a "jalapeño popper" flavor.
  • Hot Honey: A sweet, tangy, and sticky flavor profile.
  • Cheetos Mac 'n Cheese: Includes Bold & Cheesy and Flamin' Hot flavors.

So I wonder if my kids would like these or not?  It's always fun to try new things!
