The first season of the The Recruit first came out December of 2022 on Netflix, while season 2 came out January of 2025. If you haven't watched it yet, make sure you mark it down to watch. Noah Centinio, plays Owen Hendricks, who is a CIA lawyer. The great thing about the show is he's not an old boring lawyer you typically think of.
He's a young 25 year old who is willing to take some chances to get his career started. During his first week, Owen gets entangled in a dangerous world of international espionage and high-stakes politics. The show, a mix of dark comedy and spy thriller, follows Owen as he is forced to navigate threats, betrayals, and a complicated case involving a former agency asset who threatens to expose secrets unless the CIA clears her name.
Now, unfortunately the show is only 2 seasons long, but those 2 seasons are full of action and some great acting. It will take 12 hours and 50 minutes to watch all the episodes... so get watching!
