This is a recipe I made for the first time this past weekend and they turned out wonderful! I found a recipe online and decided to change it up a bit to make it even better. I recommend making this and devouring the cookies as fast as you can, otherwise the rest of your family will eat them up.
The Second To None Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 3/4 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter, mix with sugar and Vanilla Extract. Then add the 2 eggs and mix. Add the baking soda, salt and flour and mix well together. Finally add the chocolate chips and mix one last time. Make 1.5 teaspoons scoops of mix to make 12 cookies. Bake 8-11 minutes watching the cookies so they don't burn.
Then sit back and enjoy them!
