I was curious today about who has had the most turnovers in a season for Iowa State Men's Basketball. It doesn't mean that you are a bad player by any means, it just means you are probably touching the ball on every possession for the offense. Here is what I found out. As you can see most of them are from longer ago. With Tyrese Hunter being the only one under Coach Otzelberger.
Considering Jamaal Tinsley is in the top 10 twice and Curtis Stinson as well, there are some good players here. It's just one category you probably don't want to lead the team in. Mike Taylor who played in 31 games his one season with Iowa State, averaged 16 points a game and had 4.5 assists per game. His one downfall was the 5.4 turnovers a game. Leading to his 168 turnovers that year. Of course the Cyclones were 15-16 that year under former coach Greg McDermott. Hopefully we don't see any new Cyclones added to this list soon!
