Star Wars Crypto: What Could Have Been

Back in 2023, I went thru a little phase where I was playing around with crypto and meme coins, thinking it could be fun, and was the wave of the future.  I would buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, different stablecoins and then of course meme/altcoins. Now, while I was buying these, I always thought I would be rich, buying awesome cars, homes and going on vacations I always had dreamed about.  I think there were many of us that played around in the market thinking that making money would just be an easy thing.  Well, I played around and without any real connections in the markets, I would buy coins after they had hit their high, and would slowly watch them go down in value and lose money in the process.  I didn't lose a ton of money, because I didn't have a lot to play with, but still it was a waste money.

Then, this morning, I was laying in bed and playing around on my phone.  I decided to open up my old wallet app on my phone and this is what I saw.

My value came up and said $1,137,735.60.  I did a double take, not thinking I was totally awake.  Then I looked again. It said the value of my Star Wars coin, an altcoin I purchased back in 2023 now had value. I just laughed knowing this wasn't true.  I mean I own 81,688,523,186,054.264 shares of Star Wars Coin. The last value I had seen on it was basically nothing.  I was curious just seeing if I could trade any of the coins for other coins or USDC.  And of course I couldn't.  Just an error with the app.

So that got me thinking.  Do people actually still buy these meme coins and other Cryptos?  I don't hear about it much any more.  Once in a while I will hear on the news about how President Trump is gonna make it big in the United States.  But then, never hear anything about it.  I wonder if it will ever hit the highs it did there for a while? I mean if anyone wants to get into Star Wars coin with me and have it replace the dollar as the form of currency, I'm on board. LOL.  Moral of the story: There is no easy way to make money.  You got to work for it.
