So after eating way too much meat as of late, I wanted to eat something that had no meat on it. So I decided to try another Peanut Butter sandwich. In the past I have tried The Elvis Version and the Fluffernutter Sandwich. But today, I decided to try apples with my Peanut Butter. It was oh so easy to make the sandwich. Just spread some peanut butter on a couple of bread slices, slice up an apple and throw it together. Now online, I had seen it made cold or heated up in a pan. But since it currently feels like 7 degrees outside, I decided to go for the warm version.

After tasting the sandwich I was pleasantly surprised. I loved the crunch the apple gave the sandwich and of course I like the taste of the peanut butter. This was definitely a good sandwich and I easily finished it down in no time. I could see this working with lots of different apples, but my sweeter Honeycrisp worked really well. I could also see where sprinkling some cinnamon on it would be good, but I didn't try it this time around. But, there's always next time!
