The Easiest No-Bake Pistachio Pudding Pie

 

If you are looking for the easiest no-bake Pistachio Pudding Pie recipe, you have come to the right place.  This is something that reminds me of my childhood because we use to have Pistachio pudding when I was a kid, and I loved it!  So, is this pie healthy? No.  But it will make you happy.  And sometimes, that's all that matters. 

Here's what you need:


- a box of pistachio pudding
- 1 3/4 cup of milk 
- a pie crust (I prefer graham cracker, but you could use lots of varieties)
- whipped cream

That's it. 4 ingredients.  Mix the pudding mix and milk for about a minute together.  Pour that mixture into the pie crust.  Let that sit in your fridge for an hour.  BAM. You are done.  Cut a piece, put some whipped cream on top and you are ready to go.  It's so easy and only takes under 5 minutes to make.  Then it's just a matter of waiting an hour for it to set in the fridge.  ENJOY!

And yes, you could use any kind of pudding flavor you wanted.  Perhaps a banana cream version, or lemon, and of course go for some chocolate with the chocolate fudge version!
