JAM: The Best TV Romance

The best romance I have ever seen on TV? Jim and Pam on The Office. JAM.  Of course I may be a little partial because The Office is one of my favorite shows of all time.  And with out JAM, The Office never lasts 9 seasons.  Their story is always there.  They start off apart, are with others throughout the show, but they finally end up together and we see them get married and have kids.

So with Valentine's Day being tomorrow, I will go out on a limb and say if you are looking for a show with romance and comedy, watch The Office. What makes the JAM story so interesting?

Key Jim and Pam Highlights:

  • The Early Years (Seasons 1-3): Defined by longing looks, shared pranks on Dwight, and quiet friendship, culminating in the "Casino Night" kiss in the office.
  • The Relationship (Seasons 4-5): Moving from the "will-they-won't-they" phase to a solid couple after Jim asks her out in "The Job".
  • Marriage and Family (Seasons 6-9): Their wedding on the Maid of the Mist (Niagara), the birth of their children, and navigating challenges in their marriage.
So first things, first, watch the show if you have never seen.  If it's been awhile, watch it again.  If you have all the qualities of Pam, give me a call and be my valentine!
